“When the witches go riding, and black cats are seen, the moon laughs and whispers ’tis near Halloween.”—Unknown
“The dead rise again, bats fly, terror strikes and screams echo, for tonight it’s Halloween.”—Unknown
Happy Halloween!! A little treat for the followers. I drew the reaper getting what he deserves. And a poem in the spirit of Halloween. 🙂
THE GRIM REAPER
The reaper
Looks grim
His patience is wearing thin
He knows he can’t
Come for my soul
Though the hands and feet are cold
But not the heart
It won’t grow cold by the storms
Or by enemies and vampiric energies
The black magic went away
Watch it’s slow decay
Black shadows deflected
By the light
Up into the air
To meet the wrath of the angels
My time isn’t his
Let the reaper despair.
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
