Fragility of life
wilted petals on the ground
like countless bodies
a few had big dreams
others only lived for the moment
their light left
and went to the heavens
others found a new home
to try once more
and face the storms again.

Macro shot of a thyme plant in my garden
Thyme is a great plant to have it can be used to treat an ailing cough or sore throat by consuming it as a tea. Another use is as a mosquito repellant, just rub the plant in between your palms to release the oils. Thyme has a lot of vitamin A and C and when used in your favourite dish it has been proven to lower blood pressure. Also, thyme has antibacterial properties and can be used to fight acne. There are much more uses and that’s what I love about botanicals.

These shots are a few of my attempts at capturing the Supermoon on a cloudy Athens night without a monster telephoto lens.
That white blob sure is bright!

Having a little fun with my digital collages again. These crazy girls are having a recklessly good time!

It’s getting darker and colder, the perfect season for me to begin writing my new horror story. So many strange things happen in the fall, it can be a very inspiring time..
