Cold Lady Luck/Η Κρυα Θεα Τυχη
They say that justice is blind
But I say that lady luck is too
The lady blindly
Hands out her luck
To the coldest
The wickedest
Through and through
Even when the meek begin to despair
The lady laughs
She simply doesn’t care
‘They chased after their dreams’
That is what they say
Yes, and the lady was there to help them on their way.
Between Two Lands
I know a woman who is
Torn between two lands
Her eyes are closed
Her arms are stretched out
And raised high to the sky
To feel the heat of the sun
But instead she feels the biting of the cold
The glass is never empty or ever full
The bitter and sweet tastes
Will forever remain on her tongue
Her heart is split between two worlds
Two different lives
In two different countries
She is careful not to betray either one
She says she stays in a land that she did not choose
Or did she?

The Soul/H Ψυχη
For the Japanese the white butterfly represents the soul of the departed one, so I thought that it would be appropriate to post this photograph of a white butterfly for a friend who recently lost a loved one..
