My cat Angelo and the neighbourhood cat Sammy were my models in these black and white images. I believe that cats make the best models. They are very talented and photogenic, and they know how to strike a pose!

I’m not 40 (I am in my thirties) so I am not ripe just yet, but I couldn’t agree more. Our society puts too much emphasis on youth.

The Neighbourhood of the Gods/Η Γειτονιά των Θεών

The neighbourhood of Plaka in Athens is nicknamed ‘ the neighbourhood of the Gods’ becaue of its close proximity to the Parthenon.

It is a very touristy neighbourhood, and it has so many hidden features. You can never take enough pictures while in Plaka. I read that settlers from the Cyclades built the neighbourhood which explains why the architecture is similar to the architecture of the Cycladic islands specifically from ‘Anfi’ from where the settlers came from.

Η γειτονιά της Πλάκας στην Αθήνα έχει το παρατσούκλι «η γειτονιά των Θεών», καθώς βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στον Παρθενώνα.
Είναι μια πολύ τουριστική περιοχή, και έχει τόσα πολλά κρυμμένα χαρακτηριστικά. Δεν μπορείτε ποτέ να τραβηξετε αρκετές φωτογραφίες στην Πλάκα. Διάβασα ότι οι άποικοι από τις Κυκλάδες εχτίτησαν τη γειτονιά και γι ‘αυτό εξηγεί γιατί η αρχιτεκτονική της είναι παρόμοια με την αρχιτεκτονική των Κυκλάδων, συγκεκριμένα από το νησί της«Anfi» όπου οι έποικοι προέρχονταν.

First Day At The Beach/Πρώτη Μέρα Στην Παραλία

A nice trip to the beach before the hot summer begins. It was α warm day, but not warm enough for people to want to go for a swim. There were a few who couldn’t wait any longer so they took a quik dip into the ocean. I, on the other hand, was a lot more happier comfortable taking photographs of the beautiful vista.

Μια ωραία επίσκεψη στην παραλία πριν από το καυτό καλοκαίρι . Ήταν μια ζεστή μέρα, αλλά όχι αρκετά για να θέλει ο κοσμος να πάει για μπάνιο. Αλλά μερικοί ήταν αρκετoi γενναίοι και εκαναν μια βουτιά. Απλώς δεν μπορούσαν να περιμένουν άλλο. Εγώ από την άλλη πλευρά, ημουν πολύ πιο άνετη τραβοντας φωτογραφίες από την όμορφη θέα.
